- Returns for Quality Issues
If the item you receive is damaged, leaking, incorrect, or has a clear quality issue, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery. Kindly provide your order details along with clear photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, and all related shipping costs will be covered by us. - Returns for Non-Quality Issues
If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., not suitable, no longer needed, or ordered by mistake), the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, in a condition suitable for resale. Once approved, the return can be processed, and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. - Special Product Notice
