At bemtree, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping and handling details below for more information.
International shipping
Express Shipping via Post: Delivered within 7-15business days after dispatch.
Handling Time for Express Orders: Orders placed before 12PM (Beijing Time) are dispatched on the same day.
Standard Orders: Dispatched within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please allow extra time during busy sale periods.
International Shipping
Express Shipping via EMS or FedEx: Delivery times vary depending on your destination country, typically 7-15 business days.

Free shipping for orders over $200
Customs & Duty Fees
Buyers are responsible for any additional customs fees, duties, taxes, or clearance charges that may apply based on the destination country. These fees vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the buyer to pay upon receipt of the goods.
Returns & Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For more information on how to return your item, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Shipping Insurance
Our shipping services do not include insurance. If you would like to add insurance to your order, please contact us immediately after placing your order or purchase insurance separately here.
In the event that your parcel is lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or provide store credit for the full order value.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping issues related to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your address needs to be changed after placing the order, please note that our system may not accommodate this, and we cannot guarantee any adjustments.
Lost Parcels / Incorrect Address
In cases where a parcel is delivered to the wrong address, the customer must submit a police report as part of the claims process.
If your order is flagged as “Lost in Transit,” we will work with you to resolve the issue and either replace your items or issue a store credit.
Processing & Shipping Times
While we aim to ship all orders within the specified time frames, high order volumes during busy periods, such as sales or product launches, may result in slight delays.
For international express delivery, we first send to two addresses in Shenzhen or Shanghai, and then send to the world. Usually we will ship on the same day. After 3 days, the goods arrive at the collection point and we will receive the international express ID. Customers can check the tracking

Sale Periods & Launches
Please note that during sales or product launches, processing and shipping times may be slightly longer due to the increased volume of orders. Our team is working hard to get your bemtree products to you as quickly as possible. However, some delays may be out of our control due to factors such as lockdowns or shipping restrictions.
